Human Resources

The Human Resource Department provides human resource support services to the entire City government.

It coordinates the City's human resource functions, planning, performance management, organization and job design, staffing, training and development, compensation and benefit coordination, employee communication, performance review programs, record-keeping, compliance, testing, and the filing of state and federal forms and reports.

It is also responsible for processing payroll for the City employees and all the reporting that is required for the payroll process.
