Pioneer Place Alley Utility Improvements - District No. 3002
The purpose of the proposed project is to replace the sanitary sewer and storm sewer in the alley between Sheyenne Street and Morrison Street for the block north of Fourth Avenue W. The need for the proposed project is warranted by the aging infrastructure passing its service life. The timing is due to the improvements along Sheyenne Street, just north of Fourth Avenue W., including paving of the alley.
Current and projected needs within this corridor include increasing capacity, adjusting storm sewer drainage, and improving drainage to help with the improvements along Sheyenne Street just north of Fourth Avenue W.
This project will involve the removal of asphalt streets, installation of curb and gutter, concrete driveways, concrete sidewalks; replacement of sanitary sewer and storm sewer; subgrade preparation to allow for future surface improvements and other miscellaneous installations.

Wednesday, Sept. 26: Closing north half of the alley behind 301 Morrison Street to Second Avenue W
