2007 Annual Audit

The Finance Department provides support services to the City's operating department in the areas of finance,  budgeting, accounting, assessment of property, economic development, special assessments and utility billing.

The goal of the department is to deliver reliable management information to the departments and assist the public by responding to inquiries and requests.
     
      Duties:

        *      Administers  budget 
           *        Assists in preparation of annual budget
        *      Manages City's Investments
        *      Administers City's casualty and liability insurance coverage     
        *      Prepares City's financial report, payroll and personnel reports        
        *      Oversees maintenance of special assessments, business licensing and permits, 
                utility billing, elections, and records managent.
