There are several ways to pay for a parking ticket issued by a police officer in West Fargo: use the envelope that was provided during the traffic stop, come to the West Fargo Police Department and pay the ticket in person between the hours of 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. A clerk will then issue the license after verifying that the proper vaccination has been given. The charge is $6.00 per animal that is spayed/neutered and $10.00 for those who are not (we accept cash, check and money order). The license will be good until December 31st of that year and will need to be renewed each year.

An ATV cannot be ridden in the city of West Fargo unless it is being used on private property for the use of moving snow, lawn work or general house repairs.
