Renaissance Zone

The City of West Fargo established a Renaissance Zone to help spur private sector reinvestment in the downtown core area of the city.  The City is looking at improving deteriorating properties and curtailing the vacation of those building which weakens the local tax base.  Development and investment activity taking place within the zone may qualify for a variety of tax incentives designed to stimulate growth and a give a renewed vitality to this area of West Fargo.
