Have questions about your water bill? Or do you want to report a streetlight that's out? How about the balance of your specials? Please check out the new interactive portion of our website, its a place for you to find answers to your most frequently asked questions and a place for you to create service requests that will go directly to the departments that can help you. Click on the blue "Connect" icon. You can find an answer for your question in the question and answer section or you can create a request for service from the City. Create a ticket (service request) that will go to the right department the first time and get your concerns addressed. Would you like to cut down on the amount of paper that gets mailed to you each month? The City of West Fargo now offers the ability to have your utility bill emailed directly into your email account. Please click here and fill out the email form in the middle of the page. Under the message, ask for email bills and provide your name, service address and a current phone number. We'll take care of the rest!

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

If you would like to have your City of West Fargo water/garbage/sewer bill paid directly out of either your checking or savings account each month, please click here for more information and the form for automatic payments.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR APPOINTMENT:

There are several positions that will be up for appointment in the City of West Fargo in 2010. If you are interested in any the positions for the library board, forestry committee, or special assessment committee, please forward a letter stating your interests before the term expiration month listed below to West Fargo City Hall, Position Appointment, 800 4th Avenue East Ste. 1, West Fargo ND 58078. If you are interested in the Planning and Zoning Commission board position, please click here for the application.

Planning and Zoning Commission: 1 in July
Library Board: 2 positions in July
Special Assessment Committee (6 year term): 1 position in December

CITY CONSTRUCTION:

There are several construction projects slated to take place this year in West Fargo. Please click here to see all of the projects currently scheduled. Please note on Thursday, July 8th at 9:00 AM, Dakota Underground will close the intersection of 7th Avenue East and 17th Street East for asphalt removal and gravel, fabric and concrete pavement installation. The detour route includes Main Avenue, 45th Street, 9th Street East, and 13th Avenue East. Weather permitting the closure will last until the first week in August.
