Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and federal recommendations to limit group sizes to 10 or less, the City of West Fargo Board of Equalization meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2020, will be moved to an online format. More information regarding how to view the meeting will be available closer to the meeting date on https://www.westfargond.gov/208/Assessor.

The City Board of Equalization meets to equalize the property tax valuations in the city, and provides an opportunity for individual property owners to appeal to the board regarding their property values.

If anyone wishes to address the board, or appeal their proposed property value, they must contact the Assessor’s office by phone, email, or letter arriving by 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, as the board will only review correspondence submitted before the meeting.
