Fifteenth Street from the main entrance of the Red River Valley Fairgrounds to Thirteenth Street W. will close beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 16, through Friday, April 24. This closure is related to the Water Improvement Project #1312 and #1313.

Shops on Thirteenth Avenue, located west of Thirteenth Street W., will have access during the closure. At the end of each day, pavement on Fifteenth Street W. will be cleaned and maintained for all emergency vehicles, access to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds, and city vehicle access.
