[ARCHIVED] West Fargo Street Fair announces coronavirus safety protocols

The following coronavirus safety protocols will be in place during the Saturday, Aug. 1, West Fargo Street Fair to help stop the spread of the virus.

These protocols were developed in consultation with Fargo Cass Public Health, and by referencing the ND Smart Restart guidelines and CDC.

  • Attendees must enter and exit the event through the designated entrances on the north and south end of the event.
  • Only 300 attendees will be allowed in the event at a time. Please check the West Fargo Street Fair Facebook event for an estimate of attendees each hour.
  • Temperatures will be checked at entrances. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be able to enter.
  • Masks are suggested and encouraged.
    • A supply of disposal masks will be available at the entrances.
    • Masks can be required per booth vendor’s requests.
  • Limited number of guests in a booth at a time.
    • Two guests per single booth.
    • Four guests per double booth.
    • Six guests per triple booth.
  • One way walking traffic throughout the street fair.
    • Arrows will be placed throughout the street fair to direct attendees.
    • The west side will move south.
    • The east side will move north.
  • Customers in food vendor lines must remain six feet apart.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event and at each vendor booth.
  • No performances to avoid gathering spots.
  • No water fountains.
  • Customers are asked not to touch items unless they plan to buy them.
