At 8:43 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10, the West Fargo Police Department and West Fargo Fire Department responded to a vehicle that crashed into an electric transformer box that then hit an apartment building at 3412 5 St. W in West Fargo.

The driver of the vehicle involved in the crash said the brakes of his vehicle didn’t work, causing the crash. There were no injuries. Contact Cass County Electric or Xcel Energy for information regarding power in the surrounding area.
