Beginning Friday, Dec. 4 a “shut down” will go into effect for all non-emergency right-of-way activities for established residential areas.  However, the City of West Fargo will continue to allow the installation of service drops to buildings within their property as well as utilities within new non-established developments.  

All currently open 2020 permits needing restoration will stop accruing a daily cost starting Friday, Dec. 4.  Permits awaiting restoration will at that point be suspended and start to establish a daily fee again on May 1, 2021 until job sites have been restored and closed-out by the Engineering Department.   All carried over 2020 permits will need to be completed/closed-out before the City of West Fargo will allow and approve any new ROW Permits for the 2021 season.  Any submitted permits that have yet to start entirely please contact the Engineering Department so those permits can be canceled. Permits will not be carried over into the 2021 excavation season.
