At approximately 6:08 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, officers were called to the intersection of Ninth St. E. and 13th Ave. E. for a report of a three-car injury accident. Jeffrey Dodd, age 57, was traveling east on 13th Ave. E. and attempted to turn north on Ninth St. E. During the turn, his vehicle was struck by another vehicle traveling west on 13th Ave. E. This vehicle then hit another vehicle which was stopped facing south at the intersection.  Three females from the westbound vehicle had injuries and were taken to an area hospital by ambulance.  The extent of their injuries are unknown.  Dodd was issued a citation for failure to yield.
