The West Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Jason Dvorak, registered his address at 731 Main Ave. W. West Fargo, ND. 

The offender has been given a risk rating by the N.D. Attorney General’s office of HIGH. North Dakota assigns three risk levels to offenders: Low; medium; and High.

The following information describes Dvorak and his offenses:

Jason Dvorak was convicted of sexual conversation with an 8-year-old on Facebook. “Luring Minor by Computer”
