The West Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Robert James Rhode, registered his address at 825 Main Ave. E., West Fargo, ND.

The offender has been given a risk rating by the N.D. Attorney General’s office of HIGH. North Dakota assigns three risk levels to offenders: Low; medium; and High.

The following information describes Rhode and his offenses:                                 

Robert Rhode was convicted of “Gross Sexual Imposition.”
