The Fourth Avenue E. and Fifth Street E. intersection is closed Tuesday, June 15, for water line repairs. Repairs are anticipated to be complete by the end of the day Wednesday, June 16.

Fifth Street E., from Fourth Avenue E. to Fifth Street Court, will be open to residential traffic only. Westbound traffic will be detoured to Sixth Street E. to Seventh Avenue E. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to Third Street E. to Seventh Avenue E.
