The southbound lane of 3rd Street E., between 1st Avenue E. and 2nd Avenue E., will close today for street repairs. Crews will asphalt a section of the road that was disrupted to repair a water main break. Weather permitting, the southbound lane should reopen Wednesday, Oct. 13.
