The City of West Fargo will begin cold patching potholes throughout West Fargo Tuesday, March 8, pending weather conditions. Cold patching is a street maintenance program that repairs potholes in the roadway when larger pavement repair is unnecessary. Cold patching is a cost-effective method of road repairs that will last until a more permanent repair can be performed. Crews will continue to repair potholes through the coming months until repairs are complete.

During this time, motorists may experience delays in traffic as crews block small sections of the road to perform the work. To maintain safety for motorists and the crews completing this work, drivers are reminded to always use the ‘S’ check when traveling in and around construction areas – check your speed, space and stress.
