The City of West Fargo of Epic Companies will be providing tours of Pioneer Place and announcing future commercial tenants Feb. 27. Attendees should meet at Sandy’s Donuts and Coffee Shop at 8:30 a.m. to enjoy some coffee and doughnuts before beginning the Pioneer Place tour.

Pioneer Place is the second multistory, mixed-use building to be constructed on Sheyenne Street in downtown West Fargo. Pioneer Place will feature commercial and retail spaces on the first floor, residential rental units on the top three floors, underground parking and a community rooftop space for residents.

The downtown corridor is currently undergoing a $35 million revitalization that includes four new mixed-use buildings and an urbanization road construction project with a goal of creating a vibrant downtown space that encourages walking, community engagement and enhance the city’s economic environment.

Representatives from the City of West Fargo and Epic Companies will be available to announce the new tenants of Pioneer Place and answer questions about the revamp of downtown West Fargo.
