North Dakota's first Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise is expected to open here this spring at 816 24th Ave. E., just south of Costco and west of McDonald's.

Nothing Bundt Cakes offers 8- and 10-inch Bundt cakes, tiered Bundt cakes, miniature "Bundtlets" and bite-sized "Bundtinis." Flavors include chocolate chip, classic vanilla, red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, confetti, carrot, lemon, marble and pecan praline, according to the company's website.
