[ARCHIVED] West Fargo Friday garbage and recycling route schedule changes due to winter weather and closures

April 11 Sanitation Schedule changes

Due to the winter weather and closure of the Fargo Landfill there will be no residential garbage, dumpster or roll-off collection in the City of West Fargo Friday, April 12. However, crews will collect commercial dumpster routes and Thursday residential recycling that was missed due to today’s weather.

  • Friday’s residential garbage, dumpster and roll-off routes will instead be collected Monday, April 15, along with the regular Monday route.
  • On Friday, Waste Management, Inc., the City of West Fargo’s recycling partner, will only collect recycling missed during Thursday’s collection.
  • The regular Friday recycling route will be collected Saturday, April 13.

There is also no garbage collection Friday, April 19, due to the Good Friday holiday. To accommodate the holiday, Thursday and Friday garbage routes are scheduled for collection Thursday, April 18. Recycling will be collected Friday, April 19, according to the regular schedule.
