13th Avenue W. westbound road closure Aug. 21-23

Beginning 7 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, westbound lanes of 13th Avenue W. from Sheyenne Street to Eighth Street W. will be closed until Friday, Aug. 23. This closure is necessary to repair concrete heaving of the road.
