  2. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING. SOME POLICIES HAVE CHANGED

    Complete this form by Friday, March 13, 2020, for consideration. Chosen food vendors will be notified on or before March 30, 2019. More information will be provided to chosen food vendors with notification of acceptance into the food court. A one-time payment of $100 for the event is due upon notification of acceptance into the Street Fair Food Court. Payment must be made by May 1, 2020 and is non-refundable for any reason. Late payments are not accepted. Please contact us at events@westfargond.gov with any questions.

  3. All applications must be completed in their entirety, including a copy of a Fargo Cass Public Health food license and a copy of appropriate liability insurance to be considered for participation. There are a limited number of available food vendor spaces for the West Fargo Street Fair Food Court. All applications received will be reviewed for approval by City of West Fargo staff. Receipt of your application DOES NOT guarantee participation. Similarly, participation in other City of West Fargo events does not guarantee participation in the 2020 West Fargo Street Fair Food Court.

  4. To be considered, the completed application must be received by City of West Fargo staff no later than 5 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2020. Submitting this application constitutes an agreement to abide by all West Fargo Street Fair Food Court rules. Breaking a rule will result in a fine per the link below.

  6. Please attach a copy of your food license. All food vendors must be properly licensed through Fargo Cass Public Health to operate during the West Fargo Street Fair.

  7. Please attach a copy of your liability insurance here. All food vendors must hold proper liability insurance to operate during the West Fargo Street Fair.

  8. Please be specific. You are bound to the menu you provide in this application.

  9. All food vendors must provide a photo or diagram of the setup they will be using on June 13, 2020. Include description and measurements if able. PLEASE DO NOT GUESS.
